Visual deficiencies in young children can result in strabismus (crossed eyes), amblyopia (lazy eye) or focusing difficulties, and adults and seniors need to be tested for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal detachment and several other conditions we assess in our routine examination. Many visual problems can be corrected with glasses, contact lenses, or laser vision correction.
